I started like everyone out there, just another person taking random pictures. as I got to be older I found myself taking more and more photos. Then at the age of 19 I started to get really into it. Still not taking it to serious though, and really only taking nothing but your everyday snapshots. Then came the digital era, that was it I was hooked for life. Then stated to read books, watch videos on youtube and read tutorials online. Teaching myself everything I could about photography. My "bread and butter" was nature, landscapes and things of that nature. Which I became fairly good at. Another thing I loved was going to art shows and seeing all he great works there. Then at an art show I said to myself, "huh my images are better than all of these". So I started to sell my work at different shows.

Now my portrait work started out in a most peculiar way. I was writing on FaceBook one day that I didn't know what to photograph any longer. I had hit an artistic block. And a person I had never mt or talked to before in my life popped up on Face Book. She says" shoot me." I was so flabbergasted I replied with "What?" And she emphasized "shoot me, take my picture." And so a few days later I did! And has snowballed 1,000 times larger than I had ever thought it wold turn into.

Being in this position has allowed me great honor to meet all sorts of wonderful people and hear all of their great and sometimes moving stories. The feeling I get knowing I am about to capture that special moment for another person to cherish for many many years to come, honestly gives me goosebumps. It is a true blessing to be able to do what you love on a day to day basis. In my opinion there couldn't be a luckier person out there.
